A one-oven plan for eight people: what to make ahead, the turkey timing and the bread.
Make ahead
Two days before: cranberry sauce, pie dough, and the bread dough on the workday schedule. One day before: pies, stuffing assembled and refrigerated, brine the turkey.
The day
Turkey in at 11:00 for a 4:00 dinner (a 14 lb bird, about three hours at 325°F, then rest 40 minutes while the stuffing and rolls go in).
